What to send for a fast quote
- Heaviest load and its dimensions (and whether it is palletised)
- Required lift height
- Indoor or outdoor use, and the ground surface (concrete, compacted, sand)
- Hire period and whether you need an operator
Choosing safely
- A forklift's rated capacity falls as the load centre or lift height increases — always choose on the real load, not the label.
- Soft or sandy ground needs a machine suited to rough terrain.
- Many sites require a certified operator and a current inspection certificate for the machine.
